What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and optional GitHub profile if you sign in with GitHub.
- Activity: servers you submit, vote on, or comment on, stored alongside your user ID.
- Billing: Stripe handles payment info — we only store customer and subscription IDs.
- Newsletter: email and timestamp of subscription, source page, and confirmation status.
- Operational logs: IP address and user-agent for sessions, for security and rate-limiting. Purged after 30 days.
What we don't collect
We do not sell data. We do not load third-party advertising trackers. We do not fingerprint visitors.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication and a consent cookie for the banner. Analytics scripts load only after you accept the cookie banner.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Audit logs are kept for 12 months. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe + 30 days for fraud prevention.
Your rights (GDPR & similar)
You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@plynixy.com — we respond within 30 days.
